Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce from Firerose after less than a year of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct.
The country singer is also seeking an annulment on grounds of fraud in their marriage.
As per court documents, they separated on May 22 just months after tying the knot in October 2023.

The couple first met on the set of 'Hannah Montana' in 2010 while Billy was still married to Tish Cyrus.
Their romantic relationship blossomed during the pandemic as they collaborated on music.
They officially confirmed their engagement in November 2022 and eventually got married in October 2023.
Their musical collaboration produced four songs, including 'Plans,' which they performed together on 'Good Morning America.'
The news of their divorce came shortly after Firerose shared a tribute in celebration of their six-month wedding anniversary in April.
