Cruz Beckham Makes Major Career Move in Music Industry

Cruz Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, parted ways with TaP Management over a surname dispute.
TaP had envisioned Cruz carving out his own path by using only his first name, hoping it would prevent him from being labeled a “nepo baby.”
However, the 19-year-old's famous parents resisted the idea of their third child dropping his last name to build his music career.
"It was hard for the Beckhams and TaP to agree on a way of working," a source told the Daily Mail.
The management team also planned to have him play in pubs with the hope of him going viral. But "Victoria didn’t warm to that plan," the source added.
After Victoria gave a thumbs down to the idea, she herself shared a clip of Cruz singing The Beatles’ Come Together at a pub a few weeks later.
"Not only had she lifted the plan, but she had scuppered it,” the insider said.
A source for TaP said they parted ways with Cruz on “friendly terms” and added, “We are focused on making music artists as successful as they can be. It wasn’t possible in the circumstances."
Cruz, who plays guitar, piano, drums, and mandolin, signed with another company called C3 after severing ties with TaP.
